"...Travel Far Left Or Right To Be Centered With Da Global Rock Rebel Publication -- FANTRA ZINE..." Screechy Dan Got Da Mic.
Fantra Zine Publication

Screechy Dan is a gritty underground dancehall artist who has paid dues. Formerly signed to Pay Day Records/Polygram, Screechy Dan's name is embedded deep in the asphalt streetz and concrete sidewalkz throughout the urban jungle of Gotham City. Screechy Dan is undoubtedly one of the best lyricist in the dancehall genre period. 8ite... Ask Shaggy and Shinehead!! Lyrics are simply tight and tell a story that captures urban culture trends, lyfestyle and dreams frame by frame. From the early 90's hit 'Pum Pum Shorts' (with Red Fox) -- to the new 'Get Dat Money' track (released on Bug Digital/Bug Music) -- the flava is watz happenin' in da streetz of New York City or any where for that matter. Now, can one envision 'Get Dat Money' banggin' in the clubs and pumpin' from Dollar Vans and hopped-up autos rolling on shinny chromed twenty-twos to twenty-sevens in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Harlem - Gyalhattan and Staten Island? The answer is a resounding YES!

'Get Dat Money' has the potential to be a summer street anthem from NYC to LA and Florida to Canada in the dancehall/rap category. The pesky monotonic chorus hook just grows on ya after each rewind. Give me a bottle of Courvoiseir niggah -- it is time to watch the eye-candy ghetto fabulous models on the dance floor pulsating to 'Get Dat Money' up-tempo sicc beat. And YES -- to all you "Poser #1's," we are perpetual GYALISTS. We don't play #2 or sword fight. Get the kcuf outta my way so I can watch de gyal dem wine-up to 'Get Dat Money' mix. Lawd have mercy!! Ghetto muzik NICE!!!! Jus' like my fav conag, Screechy Dan and 'Get Dat Money' are real top-shelf dude. Fantra Zine gives a confident nod!!! Dig it - Dig it! Gwaan (go on) thru Screechy Dan/Top Dan Entertainment.

Fantra Zine FANTRA ZINE over the years featured interviews, articles and bios on Jimi Hendrix, Bad Brains, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Skadanks, Merciless, Damian Marley, Tiger, Sleepy Wonder, Harley Flanagan (CroMags), Aggrolites, HR, Gogo Muzik, Reggae Muzik, Punk, Roguish Armament, Scarface, Soul 4 Real, Kool Herc, CDs and live gigs reviews, etc. Have Ghetto Muzik TV episodes with Lucky Dube', Ziggy and Damian Marley, Supercat and a few more we will eventually transcribe. And many thanks to Uptown Shem Herman who contributed contents in the early years. See you around NYC bruh. You kno -- Fantra Zine is about the truth. And the rustic rag hit like a sledge hammer! An' in the meantime -- just to be positive... It is wack to have traitors (Poser #1's) in ur camp. They begged to come aboard and once they get into the circle it's all smiles and even prayers circles in ur face. But behind ur back it's all a toxic endeavor. (Hey YO - D.I.A refuses to pray with the devil. WTF!) It is wack how Poser #1's continuously pull a series of Colin Powells (disloyalty to his party) just to pose next to HR and and other celebs to post shit on Myspace like they knew them for life. Jamekee/D.I.A brought a lot of you into the circle: Blue Meadows, Michael Crevier, Duffy and dudes in El Paso, Texas (names ain't worth mentioning)... Can't look D.I.A in the eyes man. The muzik industry chews up Poser #1's and peeps who bite real peeps creations and ideas. But seriously, what do you think will happen if and when D.I.A tells HR (Bad Brains) to step away (from any situation)? Dude will do so in a "New York" minute!
